Winecore is the fruit of ten years of work in the world of wine. Moving away from the usual images depicting vineyards, Mathieu Drouet has put the spotlight on the people who produce the wine and their physical and technical effort. Corsica, Burgundy, Occitania, Champagne… In addition to his assignments, Mathieu Drouet shows the technical nature of winegrowers’ gestures, as well as the little things that are part of vineyard life: vine training, maintenance of champagne yeast cultures, pig slaughtering, and meals with loved ones.
