Nashville Pussy is an American hard rock band formed in 1997, known for its raw stage energy and explosive blend of southern rock, rock 'n' roll, and punk, often infused with provocative humor.

Formed in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1997 by guitarist and vocalist Blaine Cartwright and lead guitarist Ruyter Suys, Nashville Pussy quickly established itself on the international rock scene. The band forged its identity around a powerful sound, characterized by incisive guitar riffs, an unrelenting rhythm section, and often irreverent lyrics.

Their music draws influences from 70s hard rock, punk rock, and southern rock, creating a unique style that earned them a Grammy Award nomination for Best Metal Performance in 1999. Albums such as "Let Them Eat Pussy" (1998), "High as Hell" (2000), and "From Hell to Texas" (2009) cemented their reputation as an uncompromising band, known for their intense and uninhibited live performances.

Over the years, the band has maintained a constant presence in the music scene, touring relentlessly and regularly releasing new albums. Their formula remains true to their roots: pure, no-frills rock 'n' roll, delivered with undeniable passion and power, which continues to appeal to lovers of raw and authentic music.
