The Bloody Beetroots is an Italian musical project led by Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo, blending punk rock energy with electro-house power, famously recognized by its Venetian masks.

Formed in Italy in 2006 by Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo, The Bloody Beetroots quickly established itself on the international electronic scene with its bold and transgressive approach. The project is distinguished by a strong visual aesthetic, notably the adoption of masks inspired by Commedia dell'arte, concealing the identity of its members and enhancing its mystery.

The sound of The Bloody Beetroots is an explosive hybridization of electro-house, dance-punk, and rock elements, characterized by aggressive basslines, pounding synthesizers, and raw energy. The group has created a unique style, drawing from both the punk movement and electronic avant-garde.

Their debut studio album, Romborama, released in 2009, solidified their reputation, featuring iconic tracks and notable collaborations. Over the years, The Bloody Beetroots has continued to explore new sounds, incorporating dubstep and alternative rock influences, while maintaining a stage intensity that is a hallmark of their live performances.

The project is recognized for disrupting the codes of electronic music, infusing a theatrical dimension and rock'n'roll fury into the global club and festival landscape.
